The Grundy R-5 School District will be honoring Delores Herring and Randy Huffman at a retirement reception from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, May 8 at the high school in Galt. The public is invited to attend.
Ms. Herring has been with the district 23 years as a high school paraprofessional. Huffman has been in education for 32 years, having served the last 12 years as high school principal.
