Wilbur J. Roberts III, Spickard, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Margaret E. Tipton, Brook-field, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and permitting another to operate a motor vehicle for which no financial responsibility was maintained and had fines and costs of $81.50 and $68.50 on each charge taken from her posted bond.
Zarah C. Nickel, Augusta KS, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.

Amber M. Henke, Princeton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $30.50.
Kenneth W. Neill, Bixby, OK, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
Michael A. Schick, Olathe, KS, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
Jason K. Thogmartin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material not in compliance and was fined $30.50.
