The Missouri Department of Transportation is planning work on several area roads this week, weather permitting. The schedule includes:
Daviess County – Drainage work will take place on Route N, one quarter mile west of Interstate 35 on Tuesday; Route CC will be closed three miles south of Highway 6 on Wednesday for culvert replacement.
Grundy County – Shoulder work will take place on Highway 65 throughout the week along with sweeping and flushing bridges on Highway 6.
Harrison County – Sweeping and flushing of bridges on Interstate 35 will be done throughout the week as will culvert repair on Highway 46 one mile east of Hatfield; sealing will be done on Route A from Highway 69 to Route B throughout the week; sealing will be done on Highway 46 from Route NN to Highway 69 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Livingston County – Pothole patching will take place Tuesday and Wednesday on Route Z from the Carroll County line to Highway 65; maintenance will be done at the Thompson River Bridge on Highway 190 on Wednesday through Friday; pothole patching will be done on Wednesday and Thursday on Highway 139 from Route RA to the Carroll County Line.
Mercer County – Route E will be closed from Route J to Keystone Road for culvert replacement on Tuesday.
Sullivan County – Drainage work will be done on Highway 5, south of Route N and on Route E, east of Highway 139 on Thursday; drainage work will be done on Route ZZ, east of Route E on Friday; Route DD will be closed from Highway 6 to Saddle Road for culvert replacement on Wednesday.
