Weather permitting, milling work will be done on several city streets next Monday and Tuesday.
Trenton Street Department Supervisor Martin Schieb said an out of town firm will be in Trenton to do the work and asked that residents along the affected streets have their vehicles moved by 7 a.m. each day so that the work can be completed. Work will get under way at 8 a.m.
Streets scheduled for work on Monday include Main Street, from Crowder Road to 17th Street; the 10th Street and Laclede Street intersection; the 10th Street and Custer Street intersection; Grant Street, from Seventh Street to Eighth Street; and Harris Avenue, from 13th Street to 13th Court.
Tuesday’s schedule includes the 12th Street and Shanklin Avenue intersection; 11th Street, from Harris Avenue to Avalon Street; 10th Street, west of the 10th Street and Emma Street intersection; 12th Street, at the intersection with Harris Avenue; Kelso Street, from 13th Street to 13th Court; Oklahoma Avenue, from 17th Street to East 10th Street; and Industrial Drive, in front of the armory.
