Alec N. Craig, Galt, pleaded not guilty to third degree domestic assault. He is scheduled to appear in court again April 25.
Tony C. Dittemore, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $116.50 costs.
James M. Richards, Humphreys, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and failing to transfer plates of a vehicle within 30 days and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs on each charge.
Jamie L. Yerington, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Raul R. Barraza, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated (prior offender). He is scheduled to appear in court again May 23.
Susan M. Johnson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Carl W. May, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court again April 25.
Devin R. McGuire, Brimson, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the road when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident. He is scheduled to appear in court again on May 23.
Timothy A. Nguyen, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree burglary. He is scheduled to appear in court again April 25.
John J. Sampson, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license. He is scheduled to appear in court May 9.
Juan J. Gallegos, Jr., Spickard, pleaded not guilty to stealing and had his preliminary hearing set for May 9.
Phillip D. Galvin III, Trenton, pleaded not guilty to second degree property damage and is scheduled to appear in court again April 25.
Jeffrey P. Hanna, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to third degree domestic assault. He is scheduled to appear in court May 9.
Joshua L. Harding, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
William A. Shaffer, Jr., Cameron, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to third degree assault. He is scheduled to appear in court April 25.
William O. Taul, Laredo, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and failing to yield to a MoDOT stationary vehicle displaying amber or amber and white lights. He is scheduled to appear in court May 9.
Jennifer L. Watt, Cameron, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to third degree assault. She is scheduled to appear in court April 25.
Dylon S. Holloway, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident. He was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He is also to pay a $27.63 administration fee to the prosecuting attorney’s office.
