City Council Meeting Set For Monday

The Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include an ordinance changing the zoning of property at 210 W. 10th St., four ordinances amending the city codes regarding law enforcement arrest reports and records, an ordinance authorizing an amendment to an agreement between the city and Burns and McDonnell for engineering services at the wastewater plant, an ordinance amending an agreement between the city and Burns and McDonnell for engineering services for the 17th Street waterline project, an ordinance certifying results of the April 4 city council and transportation tax elections, discussion of a city ordinance for right-of-way (requested by Councilman Mark Moore), swearing in of newly-elected council members an appointment to fill the fourth ward vacancy created by the resignation of Scott Blair, appointment of the fire chief, election of a president pro-tem of the council, appointments to the administrative, finance and economic development committees and appointment of liaison members to various boards. An executive session for personnel is also planned.
