The event will take place in the lobby of Cross Hall at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11. All members of the public are invited to attend.
Craig is currently an independent consultant specializing in software engineering and leadership. He spent 28 years in the U.S. Marine Corps (12 active and 16 reserve) and 25 years as a senior consultant for Software Quality Engineering. Craig graduated from Trenton High School in 1973 and from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1977 with a bachelor of science degree in oceanography. He attended the Field Artillery course in Ft. Sill, OK in 1978 and the reserve program at the Naval War College in 1989.
Craig has lectured extensively throughout the Americas and made over 100 trips abroad to conduct lectures in Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. He has consulted for many Fortune 500 companies, government organizations like NASA, IRS, SSA and DoD, and many companies across Asia and Europe. He is also the author of the comprehensive textbook, “Systematic Software Testing.”
“Col. Craig will be sharing his insights on leadership and communication,” NCMC Librarian Beth Ann Caldarello said. “This will be an interesting and exciting presentation by a seasoned presenter who speaks to each audience with humor, personal stories and experience. We would like to invite community members, staff, faculty and students to our event. All are welcome.”
