Preschool students at Pleasant View R-6 School celebrated Dr. Seuss Day on March 2, starting the day with a snack resembling the Cat in the Hat. The book, “The Cat in the Hat,” was also read. The character, Thing 1, was colored, cut and assembled by the students and the movie, “The Lorax,” summed up the morning festivities.
