R-6 Third, Fourth Graders Hold Spelling Bee

The third and fourth grade classes at the Pleasant View R-6 School held their annual classroom spelling bee on Thursday. Astrid Soriano spelled “funnel” to win the fourth grade championship title in the seventh round while the third grade winner was Adam Fender, who correctly spelled “rather” to break a tie in the sixth round.
