Planning And Zoning Hearing

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Trenton City Council will hold two hearings on Monday, March 6.
The hearings will be held at 7 p.m. at city hall. The first hearing involves a request from Monut LLC, which is asking the city for a conditional use permit to construct at 120-foot steel pole in the right-of-way at the corner of East 28th and Mable streets. The second hearing involves a request from Jack and Lucinda Guthrie for a revision of the recently-revised plat of the Riverside Drive Subdivision, allowing for the combination of lots as well as showing the utility easement lines.
