Juanita Baney, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and had her case set for Feb. 28.
Brandon Z. Brewer, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to burglary and had his case set for Feb. 28.
James S. Dunlap, Jr, Rayville, pleaded guilty to second degree property damage and was fined $100 and $116.50. He is also to pay $100 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
Gabrielle M. Hitzelberger, St. Joseph, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree burglary. She is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 28.
Nicholas K. Martin, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to two counts of class C felony burglary. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 28.
John J. Millar, Humphreys, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case set for March 16 on a charge of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license (third and subsequent offense).
Emily Hendee, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support and two counts of passing bad checks. She is scheduled to appear in court again on Feb. 28.
Camry C. Holstead, Trenton, had her probation continued on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended. She is to serve 10 days shock time and had her probation transferred to the State Board of Probation and Parole, with all fees due to North Missouri Court Supervision due immediately.
Jeremiah C. Lovell, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing and was fined $50 and $111.50 costs. He is also to pay $100 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $200 restitution.
Dona M. Siemer, Spickard, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Rachel Waldrep, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve 20 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with the sentence to run concurrently with a Circuit Division case.
Patricia Todd, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs and is to pay $458 restitution.
Colby Weaver, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual misconduct or attempt involving a child under 15. He is scheduled to appear in court again Feb. 28.
Robert Ewing, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on two counts of non-support. He is scheduled to appear in court again March 16.
K Leigh Stith, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident and was fined $77.50 and $68.50 costs.
Kevin D. Sullivan, Chula, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support. As was requested by the state, the defendant’s $5,000 cash-only bond was applied to the amount of child support in arrears. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 28.
