Brandon L. Dolan, Trenton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Tyler C. Ward, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, resisting arrest and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 9.
Joel Lepkosky, Trenton, had his probation revoked on an original charge of endangering the welfare of a child and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed back on probation for one year and had his bond applied to unpaid probation fees.
Christopher Middaugh, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and was fined $50.50 and $116.50 costs.
Thomas E. Qiulico, Blue Springs, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Michael W. Washburn, Princeton, pleaded guilty to two charges of not wearing a seat belt and was fined $20.
Christopher G. Keller, Columbia, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to stealing. A bench trial was set for Feb. 28.
Pheng Lee, Sacramento, CA, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. His arraignment was set for Feb. 9.
Marcus L. Moore, Brookfield, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated (persistent offender). A charge of speeding was certified to the Circuit Division. He is scheduled to appear in court again Feb. 9.
Roni L. Bechtel, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. He pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and had his case set for Feb. 14.
Lee A. Garrett, Trenton, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and was fined $150 and $116.50 costs.
Jesse W. Branstetter, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Jodie E. Cervantes, Pleasant Hill, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to pay $75.84 restitution.
Robert E. Crawford, Slater, pleaded guilty to failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to display a certificate of vehicle inspection or approval and was fined $17.50 and $68.50 costs.
Matthew S. Goerne, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with brakes not in good working order and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Frank L. Roberts, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with brakes not in good working order and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
