Rhett and Lesley Parsons of Kansas City are the parents of a 7 pound, 12 ounce daughter, born at 8:33 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. The baby was 20 inches long and was named Margaret Frances. She is the couple’s first child.
Maternal grandparents are Ray and Peggy Bradley of Trenton.
Paternal grandparents are Richard and Patty Parsons of Leawood, KS.
