Several offices and businesses have announced their plans to close on Monday in observance of the New Year’s holiday.
Closed on Monday will be the Trenton City Hall/Trenton Municipal Utilities, the Grundy County Courthouse, the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce/License Bureau the Grundy County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, the Grundy County-Jewett Norris Library, the Grundy County Health Department, the North Missouri Children’s Advocacy Center, the North 65 Center, the Green Hills Regional Planning Commission (including the job center), Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri, Grundy Electric Cooperative/Grundy and Livingston County Public Water District offices, KCP&L, Farmers Bank of Northern Missouri, Farmers State Bank, US Bank, Citizens Bank and Trust and the Robbins and Black Agency. Also closed on Monday will be the Wright Memorial Physicians’ Group and Green Hills Medical Clinic in Trenton, the Wright Memorial Clinic at Jamesport and the Saint Luke’s Mercer County Clinic in Princeton.
The Trenton Post Office will be closed on Monday and there will be no mail delivery or box mail. Saturday hours will be from 9 to 11 a.m
The Republican-Times will not publish a newspaper on Monday and the office will be closed.
