Nov 3, 2016 | Headline News

The starting time for a benefit for Trenton resident Howie Lynch has been changed.
Serving will begin at 5 p.m., at the Laredo R-7 School, where Lynch’s wife, Michelle, is a teacher. The R-7 School faculty and staff are hosting the event to assist with medical expenses for Lynch.
The benefit will be held on Friday, Nov. 4 and will include a soup supper, auction and gun raffle. The supper will be at 5 p.m. and is an eat-what-you-want, pay-what-you-want event. An auction of donated items will take place at 7 p.m., during which time the raffle drawing of a Ruger M77 22-250 rifle will take place. Persons wanting to donate an item for the auction or purchase a ticket for the raffle are asked to call the school at 286-2225.
