The Grundy County Health Department has set the dates for its November flu shot clinics, with immunizations to be given on a walk-in basis.
Clinics are scheduled on Tuesdays throughout the month. The list includes Nov. 1, 8, 22 and 29 from 1 to 4 p.m. and Nov. 15 from 1 to 6 p.m.
Flu shots are recommended for all individuals age six months and older. A high dose vaccine is available for persons over the age of 65.
Persons with Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance are asked to bring their cards for billing purposes. Uninsured persons are asked to make a donation to help cover the cost of the vaccine.
