Vanderbilt Mortgage vs. Unknown heirs and devisees of Thomas A. Quintana and Sharon Quintana. A petition for replevin was filed.
Paul Cox, William Lenhart, Wendell Lenhart, Alan Crawford, Ward Dugan, Andrew Cox, Andrew Hill and Douglas Tye vs. Crystal Lynn Harvey. The court approved a settlement in a real estate action. The case was heard by Daviess County Associate Judge Daren Adkins.

The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Logan T. Carlson, Ridgeway; and Nathaniel D. McKown, Excelsior Springs.
Terry L. Duncan, Spickard, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
Pleading guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and fined $30.50 were Benjamin T. Fisher, Mercer; and Nancy J. Gause, Columbia.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $155.50 were Jason W. Nichols, Kansas City; and Donald E. Savage, Trenton.
Don M. Showers, Leon, IA, pleaded guilty to failing to secure a child in a booster seat or seat belt and was fined $10.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Juan J. Gallegos, Spickard, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
Shelby J. McGowan, Trenton, pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and was fined $200 and $41.50 costs.
Jessica L. Orndorff, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing a school bus when prohibited and was fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
Danny L. Etter, Spickard, pleaded guilty to maintaining a nuisance (grass and weeds over eight inches) and was fined $100 and $41.50 costs.
Jeffrey Gilgour, Chula, pleaded guilty to stealing and was fined $200 and $41.50 costs.
Michael L. Wogan, Trenton, pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs on each count.
Kimberly K. Jacobs, Trenton, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to serve four days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay a $300 fine and $41.50 costs and is to attend weekly Celebrate Recovery meetings at 10th Street Baptist Church.
Bobbi J. Zimmer, Trenton, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was fined $300 and $41.50 costs.
Gavin N. Griffin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and was sentenced to complete 10 hours of community service and pay $41.50 costs.
James A. Milholland, Trenton, pleaded guilty to misrepresentation of age by a minor to obtain alcohol and was fined $300 and $41.50 costs.
Phillip D. Galvin III, Spickard, pleaded guilty to having no license plates and was fined $50.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
