Judith Jolene “Judy” Lovell, a 58-year-old resident of Laredo, died on Friday, Sept. 30, 2016 at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 at the Lindley Funeral Home in Laredo.
There is no scheduled family visitation. General visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Lovell was born on Jan. 20, 1958 in Trenton, the daughter of Jerry F. “Red” and Patricia Mae Barnett Tate. She was married to Stanley Lovell on Dec. 11, 2011.
She was a waitress and also worked for Trenton Foods for many years. She was a member of the Lions Club and enjoyed playing with kids and reading. She also enjoyed camping, the outdoors and gardening.
She is survived by three sons, Jake Griffin and Jessica of Buckner, Luke Griffin and his wife, Shanna of Trenton and Jamie Griffin of Columbia; her mother, Patty Tate; a sister, Diane Hanes and Terry of Galt; and four grandchildren, Kayley, Hayden, Quincy and Myles Griffin.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Becky Tate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Judy Lovell Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to the funeral home at PO Box 47, Chillicothe, MO, 64601.
