Janie L. Doll, a 67-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at her home.
The body was to be cremated under the direction of Slater Funeral Home at Trenton.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016 at the Union (Coon Creek) Baptist Church, west of Trenton, with Rev. Doug Crawford officiating.
Mrs. Doll was born on Feb. 25, 1949 in Batesville, AR, the daughter of Royald W. and Betty Lou Stanley Altes. She attended Princeton High School. She was a member of Union (Coon Creek) Baptist Church of Trenton.
She was married on Sept. 28, 1969 in Chillicothe to John G. Doll.
Survivors include her husband, John of the home; three daughters, Betty Ireland and her husband, Gary of Trenton, Julie Frey of Trenton and Cindy Lang and her husband, Michael of Lake Viking; two sons, John G. Doll Jr. of Mt. Moriah and David Doll and his wife, Nicole of Red Bluff, CA; one sister, Marilyn Silkwood and her husband, Mark of Trenton; three brothers, Donald Altes and his wife, Joyce of Trenton, Gary Altes and his wife, Patty of Chillicothe and Dean Altes of Grand Junction, CO; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her biological father, Eliza Treash; four sisters, Carolyn Huffman, Ruth Altes and twin sisters Frances and Francine Altes; and her twin brother, Johnny Altes.
Memorials are suggested to the Union (Coon Creek) Baptist Church and they may be left at the funeral home.
