The Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. on Monday at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include an ordinance authorizing an agreement with Ameriseal of Ohio, Inc for runway repairs, an ordinance amending an agreement between the city and Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission regarding the amount the state will be paying for the cost of the runway project (90 percent), park board appointments, discussion of care and upkeep of right of way, designation of authorized company representatives for the certificate of participation Series 2012 bonds and liability training by the city attorney. An executive session for legal matters will also be held.
Prior to the council meeting, the Building and Nuisance Board will meet at 6 p.m. at city hall. Items on the announced agenda include a declaration of nuisance for properties at 1809 Cherry Lane and 2323 Webster, a certificate of existence of a dangerous building at 1005 W. Crowder Road, discussion of the 2016-17 demolition project and an update on current structures and nuisances.
