Missouri Day Car Show

As part of this year’s Missouri Day Festival, the Trenton Elks Lodge No. 801 will be holding a car show in downtown Trenton.
The show will be on Sunday, Oct. 16 and will be in the downtown parking lot across from the Elks Lodge on Tinsman Avenue. Registration will take place from 8 to 11:30 a.m., with judging to follow. There is a $15 per vehicle entry fee, which includes a free t-shirt to the first 75 entries. Entry forms are available at the Elks Lodge.
Car classes to be judged include 1940’s or earlier, 2000 to present, 1950’s stock, 1950’s modified, 1960’s stock, 1960’s modified, 1970’s to 1990’s stock and 1970’s to 1990’s modified. Truck categories include up to 1969 stock, up to 1969 modified, 1970 to present stock and 1970 to present modified. There will also be judging in street rod, motorcycles and tricycles, unfinished and off-road 4×4 categories.

The 2016 Missouri Day Festival is slated for Friday, Oct. 14 to Sunday, Oct. 16, with opening ceremonies to be held on Thursday, Oct. 13. Events will include a parade, band festival, dance at the North 65 Center, an atlatl tournament and other activities to be announced.
