The Trenton Middle School football team was on the road Tuesday night, taking on Putnam County in Unionville.
Trenton would return home with a loss, falling 34-0 in a game that was called at halftime due to the inclement weather conditions.
With the loss, the Bulldogs fell to 1-1 on the season.
Trenton will look to bounce back next week as the middle school squad travels to Milan to face the Wildcats on Tuesday. Kickoff for that contest is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Trenton’s middle school football team will be home the following week, playing host to Princeton at C.F. Russell Stadium on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 6 p.m.
