Dorothy Archuleta, Meadville, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 27.
Jack D. Blackburn, Milan, waived his preliminary hearing and had his cases bound over to the Circuit Division on two counts of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. His case was certified to the Circuit Division on a charge of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, resulting in an accident. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 15.
Brian Coombs, Jamesport, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of non-support. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15.
Ronald Hines, Hale, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of non-support. He is scheduled to appear in court again Sept. 15.
Sara Sparks, Milan, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support. Her case was bound over to the Circuit Division and she is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 15.
Erick J. Wattenbarger, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle for which no financial responsibility was maintained and operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license. He is scheduled to appear in court again Oct. 11.
Shaunah R. Windorski, Trenton, waived her preliminary hearing on a charge of forgery and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division. She is scheduled to appear in court again Sept. 15.
Terry L. Browning, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. The defendant also waived a preliminary hearing and had the case bound over to the Circuit Division with a Sept. 15 court date.
Monica L. Heumader, no address listed, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit the offense of stealing or theft of a firearm. She is scheduled to appear in court again Oct. 11.
Tyler D. King, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to discharging or shooting a firearm at a person and armed criminal action. His case was bound over to the Circuit Division and he is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 15.
Linda S. Wilcox, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Her preliminary hearing was set for Sept. 27.
Travis O. Williams, Princeton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to two counts of non-support. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8.
Jackqueline D. Blackburn, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in working order and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $116.50 costs, $98 recoupment and $50 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Anthony Patti, Trenton, pleaded guilty to three counts of passing bad checks and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $116.50 costs, $353.36 restitution and was ordered to serve five days of shock incarceration, with credit given for time served.
Michael Estabrook, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs.
Caleb R. Ingraham, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to third degree domestic assault. He was sentenced to serve six months in the Grundy County Detention Center, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to serve 39 days shock time, with credit given for time served. He is to pay $50 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund, pay $116.50 costs and obtain a mental health evaluation and follow recommendations.
Jeffrey Chad Corbin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to being a minor attempting to purchase or in possession of cigarettes and was fined $75.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and was ordered to serve 13 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $116.50 costs. He pleaded guilty to another charge of driving while suspended and was fined $300.50. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of careless and imprudent driving and was fined $500 and is to pay $50 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $116.50 costs. He pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
