Michael L. Kincaid, a 61-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2016 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, 2016 at the Dockery Chapel United Methodist Church, southwest of Trenton, with Pastor Doug Franklin officiating. Burial will be in Willis Chapel Cemetery north of Brimson.
Family visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016 at the Slater Funeral Home in Trenton.
Mr. Kincaid was born on June 21, 1955 in St. Joseph, the son of Jess Abram and Goldie Marie Allnutt Kincaid. He attended Mary Lee Miller School in St. Joseph and Adams Junior High School, in Trenton.
He was the official door man for the Plaza Apartments since 2003. He was a member of Dockery Chapel United Methodist Church, southwest of Trenton.
Survivors include two brothers, Jessie Kincaid of St. Joseph and Delbert Kincaid of Orville, CA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; eight sisters, Dalene Stephens, Margarette McKnight, Mildred Gannon, Pauline Dunkin, Charolette Kincaid, Cathryn Kincaid, Dolly Kincaid and Betty Harding; and four brothers, Ronnie Kincaid, Donald Kincaid, Kenneth Kincaid and Jack Kincaid.
Memorials are suggested to the Michael Kincaid Memorial Fund and may be left at the funeral home.
