Robert Vernon Simmons, an 86-year-old Jamesport resident, died at his home on Sunday morning, Aug. 21, 2016.
The body was cremated under the direction of Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home and no services are planned.
Mr. Simmons is survived by his daughter, Melody Blakley and her husband Ronald of Jamesport; his son, Dennis Simmons and his wife, Vici of Overland Park, KS; and several grandchildren.
