County Tax Sale Is Monday

Grundy County will hold its annual tax sale of properties on Monday, Aug. 22 at the Grundy County Courthouse.
The sale begins at 10 a.m. and will include 141 properties being offered for sale due to unpaid taxes. Property owners will have until 4:30 p.m. today (Friday, Aug. 19) to pay back taxes, along with interest, and take it off Monday’s sale roll. Taxes can be paid in the Grundy County Collector/Treasurer’s office.
