Breanna T. Clevenger, Jamesport, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 23.
Rebekah G. Shackelford, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Timmothy M. Foster, Galt, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of peace disturbance, a class B misdemeanor. He was fined $350, $116.50 costs and is to pay $50 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
Payton B. Ranes, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $68.50 costs.
Isaac J. Wattenbarger, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams or marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 23.
Chelsey C.J. Miller, Trenton, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300 and $68.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Michael D. Odor, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a stop sign at the stop line and was fined $17.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Frederick Pannell, Trenton, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to make a $50 donation on each charge and pay $116.50 costs.
Christina Airey, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Danny E. Campbell, Jr., Galt, pleaded guilty to stealing and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to complete 20 hours of community service, pay $50 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund, $166.50 costs and $340 restitution. He also pleaded guilty to delivery or possession of an item at a county jail which a prisoner is prohibited from receiving and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $50 to the GCLEF and $116.50 costs.
Ashley D. Fulkerson, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to tampering with the property of another and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $116.50 costs, $200 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and serve 13 days of shock time, with credit given for time served.
Joshua R. Mabery, Princeton, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to displaying or possessing the motor vehicle plates of another person and was fined $77.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $68.50 costs.
