Art and Leigh Doss of Sturgeon announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jamie Leigh Doss of Columbia, to David Perry Ellingboe of Columbia, son of Sharon Reams of Columbia and Steve Ellingboe of Buhler, KS.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Sturgeon High School and holds a bachelor of science degree from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, a juris doctorate degree from St. Louis University and a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia College. She is employed as a risk and compliance manager with the Isle of Capri in Boonville. She is the granddaughter of the late Lloyd and Lucy Jennings, the late Howard and Mary Doss and the step-granddaughter of the late Mary Jennings.
The groom-to-be is employed as the owner-operator of Platinum Land Care in Columbia. He is the grandson of the late Perry and Grace Reams and the late Roger and Jean Ellingboe.
The couple will be married at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at the Sturgeon Christian Church in Sturgeon.
