The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce and Riverside Country Club are teaming up for the annual Golf Ball Drop, scheduled to take place this year on Saturday, Aug. 27 at the RCC.
Several activities are planned during the afternoon, culminating with the ball drop at 6 p.m. The grand prize this year is $2,000 in cash, donated by Barnes-Baker Automotive, with second place being a $500 cash prize.
Balls are $10 each and there is no limit to the number of balls a person may purchase. Tickets can be obtained from members of the Trenton Ambassadors, the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors or the RCC Board of Directors. Persons can also purchase balls at the chamber office, 617 Main St.
