Carolyn Walker, an 84-year-old resident of Osage Beach, died at 5:25 p.m. on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Osage Beach Rehabilitation And Health Care Center in Osage Beach.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Resthaven Mortuary in Trenton.
Mrs. Walker is survived by her son, Rick Walker of Osage Beach; and her daughter, Sherry Mercado of New Hampshire.
