FFDD Cooking Class

Families and Friends of the Developmentally Disabled held its May cooking class at Hy-Vee with a dinner chosen by clients from the kitchen. Hy-Vee’s dietitian Cynthia Eivins talked about healthy and easy ways to make simple meals. Recipes were handed out and participants were shown how to read a label on products they may purchase.
