Jennifer Boullion, Oxnard, CA, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony. She is scheduled to appear in court again July 14.
Darla F. Dixon, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Shawn A. Glidewell, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing on charges of second degree domestic assault and felonious restraint. His cases were bound over to the Circuit Division, along with a charge of violating a protection order for an adult, which was certified to the Circuit Division. He is scheduled to appear in court again July 14.
Cassie K. Leeper, Trenton, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on two charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in court July 14.
Kari L. Martin, Trenton, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of distribution of a controlled substance and hindering prosecution of a felony. She is scheduled to appear in court July 14.
Jason Miller, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of distribution of a controlled substance and hindering prosecution of a felony. He is scheduled to appear in court July 14.
Jose Candido Ubaldo Sanchez Ariza, Overland Park, KS, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $68.50 costs.
Ingrid N. Taylor, Trenton, failed to appear in court to pay her fine on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended and had her bond forfeited in lieu of fine and costs.
Erica K. Wilson, Humphreys, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Shawn M. Yuille, Trenton, pleaded guilty to making a false report and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to pay $50 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
Amanda Hopper, Linneus, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Ryan D. Howery, Trenton, pleaded not guilty to third degree assault and had his case continued to July 12.
Jessica Lotz, Trenton, pleaded guilty to third degree domestic assault, a misdemeanor, and an amended misdemeanor charge of domestic assault. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for two years, with the conditions that she pay $50 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund on each charge and $116.50 costs on each charge. She is to serve two days shock time in the Grundy County Detention Center on each charge, with credit given for two days. She is also to complete anger management classes and obtain a mental health evaluation.
Quade D. Peery, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $68.50 costs.
Corey A. Hines, Trenton, had his case certified to the Circuit Division for jury trial on charges of resisting arrest and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court July 14.
Dylon Holloway, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to pay $71.98 restitution.
Cari L. Smiley, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
