The City of Trenton is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and clean-up of 20 properties.
Location of properties and questions concerning this bid can be directed to Donnie Vandevender at city hall, 660-359-2013. Sealed bids need to be marked “Sealed Bid for 2016-17 Demolition” and returned to the office of Cindy Simpson, City Clerk, 1100 Main St., Trenton, MO 64683 by 3 p.m. on Monday, July 18.
All interested contractors can attend a bid meeting and inspection tour of properties, scheduled for 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, beginning at city hall.
