The Grundy County Commission will meet in regular session Tuesday at the courthouse.
The day will begin with an 8 a.m. meeting with George Doolittle to discuss an easement on N.W. 5th Ave., following by the regular weekly meeting with Ambulance Director Steve Tracy. The commission will spend the afternoon participating in an LEPC tabletop exercise at the Grundy County Health Department, with a conference call scheduled for Presiding Commissioner Rick Hull involving the Workforce Development Board at 4 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., the commission will take part in a meeting at the courthouse called by officials from Myers Township to discuss cooperative agreements that could help townships such as Myers, which are facing financial issues. Officials from various other townships are expected to be at the meeting.
