The Board of Adjustments and Planning and Zoning Commission of the Trenton City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, June 6.
The Board of Adjustments will hear a request from David Anderson, who is seeking a variance of the side yard setback requirement to allow for a two-car garage to be constructed at his home, located at 116 Country Club Place. If approved by the board, no other action will be required.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hear a request from Jack and Lucinda Guthrie to rezone building lots in the Riverside Subdivision, combining four of those lots into two lots. If approved, the request will go to the council for final action.
Both hearings are scheduled for 7 p.m. at Trenton City Hall.
