Jean Goldsby vs. Hesamodin Borhani, St. Luke’s Hospital of Trenton d/b/a Wright Memorial Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital d/b/a WMH Physician’s Clinic. The wrongful death case was filed in connection with the May 2013 death of Edwin Goldsby.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Adam E. Buckner, Browning, pleaded guilty to displaying/possessing motor vehicle or trailer plates of another person and was fined $80.50.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Danny A. Bullock, Chillicothe; Evan J. McIntosh, Trenton; Andrea L. Yerington, Trenton; and Jamie L. Yerington, Trenton.
Shane M. England, Chil-licothe, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Brian S. Selby, Kirksville; and Megan N. Sperry, Trenton.
Todd R. Peterson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Jaron C. Steinman, Cains-ville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
Associate Civil
Pin Oak Apartments LLC vs. Jeff and Carmen Hershberger. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the case, which involved rent and possession.
Pin Oak Apartments LLC vs. Adam Wynne and Serena Frey. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the case, which involved rent and possession.
Bob Morgans vs. Randi (Spinnie) Carlock. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the case, which involved rent and possession.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson

Benjamin S. Rinehart, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle without a valid license and was fined $250 and $41.50 costs.
Lowry W. Vanhoozer and Jon P. Phillips, both of Trenton, pleaded guilty to nuisance violations and were fined $100 and $41.50 costs.
Jessie D. Doolin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a vehicle and was fined $50.50. He also pleaded guilty to failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $41.5 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Kenneth W. Bryan, Trenton, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $41.50 costs.
Jonas P. Kurtz, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $250 and $41.50 costs.
Tristan L. Vencill, Trenton, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to serve seven days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is to pay $27.50 costs.
Steven S. Marrs, Spickard, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to donate $300 to the City of Trenton, pay $41.50 costs and pay $210 recoupment of funds.
