Shandolyn J. Bradley, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to two class D felony counts of conspiracy to distribute or deliver not more than five grams of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in court again June 16.
Kevin E. Ewing, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to two class C felony counts of distributing or delivering not more than five grams of marijuana and one class D felony count of conspiracy to distribute or deliver not more than five grams of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court again June 16.
Misty L. Miller Smith, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to three class B felony counts of distributing or delivering a controlled substance. She is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
Shauna M. Neff Aborn, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to two class B felony counts of distributing or delivering a controlled substance. She is scheduled to appear in court again June 16.
Adam M. Sager, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to abuse or neglect of a child. He is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
Patricia J. Todd, Trenton, withdrew her plea of not guilty and pleaded guilty to distribution or delivery of a controlled substance and had sentencing set for July 14.
Miriah M. Butler, Trenton, had her case set for a one-day jury trial on Aug. 2 on a charge of third degree domestic assault.
Joseph A. Kincaid, Trenton, withdrew his motion for a change of judge and change of venue on three class C felony charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and one class D felony charge of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license. He is scheduled to appear in court again June 16.
Brandy L. Purscell, Trenton, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and was sentenced to serve seven years in the Department of Corrections. The sentence will run concurrently with a Livingston County case and the defendant is to be placed in an institutional treatment program.
Mac L. Rakes, Trenton, had his probation revoked on an original charge of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. He was ordered to serve four years in the Department of Corrections, with the court retaining jurisdiction for 120 days.
Joshua Rosemann, Kansas City, had his probation revoked on an original charge of non-support and was ordered to serve four years in the Department of Corrections.
Lois E. Crouse, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution of a felony. Sentencing was set for June 16.
Brandy L. Streett, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to hindering prosecution of a felony and had her case set for June 16.
Clyde V. Foster, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to three felony charges of distributing or delivering not more than five grams of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
Jordan L. Cabra, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to a class D felony charge of conspiracy to distribute or deliver not more than five grams of marijuana and a class B felony of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance near a school. He is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
James L. Houk, Princeton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to stealing and had his case set for June 16.
Terry F. Johnson, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to a class B felony charge of distribu-ting/delivery of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
Timothy P. Persell, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to three class C felony counts of distributing or delivering not more than five grams of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
Shawn M. Ward, Cameron, pleaded guilty to a class C felony of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony. He was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections on each charge, with the sentences to run concurrently. Execution of the sentences was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years, with the special condition that he pay $200 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Perry W. Baden, Oak Grove, had his probation revoked on an original charge of passing bad checks and was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections, with the sentence to run concurrently with any other sentence.
Sharmin Ceradsky, Trenton, had her probation revoked on an original charge of second degree burglary. She was sentenced to serve seven years in the Department of Corrections, with execution of the sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for five years.
Zane N. Homan, Chillicothe, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, distributing or delivering a controlled substance and second degree domestic assault. He is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
Carol Smart, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony. She was sentenced to serve six years in the Department of Corrections, with execution of the sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for five years with the special condition that she pay $200 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and serve 34 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. She also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and was ordered to serve 34 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. She also pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and was sentenced to serve 15 days in the GCDC, with credit given for time served.
