Princeton Girl Scout Troop 494 recently made mats for dogs at the Green Hills Animal Shelter as part of their Silver Award project. The Silver Award can be earned by Girl Scout Cadettes in grades six through eight. Girls identify issues they care about, build a Silver Award project team, explore their community, select a Silver Award project, develop the project, make a plan and put it into action, then reflect, celebrate and share their story. Tricia Rudminat leads Troop 494.
