Mean Bean Bag Toss

The team of Corey Leeper, left, and Casey Taul, right, took top honors in the Mean Bean Bag Toss on Saturday in Trenton. A total of $5,287 was grossed from event, which also included a silent auction of items donated by area businesses and individuals. Money from the activities will be used for the Green Hills Women’s Shelter, which sponsored the competition along with Hy-Vee Food Store and Hy-Vee Wine and Spirits.
