Administrative Committee Meets

May 4, 2016 | Headline News

The Administrative Committee of the Trenton City Council met on Tuesday and will be making two recommendations to changes in city code.
Interim City Administrator Cindy Simpson said the committee agreed to add community service to the range of punishment individuals can receive if found guilty in municipal court on a nuisance charge. The committee is also asking that wording regarding the stacking of lumber be changed to “building materials not piled or stacked 12 inches off the ground.”
The recommendations will be made to the council at its meeting on May 9.
