Melanie Williams Price of Kansas City has been promoted to the rank of captain with the Overland Park, KS, Police Department.
Mrs. Pierce is a 1988 graduate of Trenton High School and the daughter of Max Williams of Jamesport and the late Mona Williams. She is also the granddaughter of the late Oma and Scott Kent and the late Roger and Velma Williams.
