R-5 Students In Fire Poster Contest

Nine students at the Grundy R-5 Elementary School have been named winners of a poster contest sponsored by the Galt Fire Protection District. They will be entered in the state contest, which will take place this weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks. They include, from left, front row, second grader Logan Lea, third grader Ruth Shackelford, fourth grader Hope Shackelford; middle row, third grader Jimmy Berry, second grader Izayah Lily, second grader Cristal Barriga; back row, sixth grader Brittney Holliday, sixth grader Daya Allnutt and sixth grader Fletcher Christy.
