Christine Stover, a 67-year-old resident of Utica, died at 4:20 a.m. on April 13, 2016 at her residence, where she was with family members and under hospice care.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
General visitation is under way at the mortuary.
Mrs. Stover was born on June 2, 1948 in Trenton, the daughter of Harry Dale and Helen Louise Duncan Whitney. She was married to David Stover on May 26, 1968. She was a member of the Chillicothe business community as co-owner of The Cleaners.
Surviving relatives include her husband David of the home; mother, Helen Whitney of Trenton; sons, Kevin Stover and his wife, Kristy of Cameron, Michael Stover and his wife, Angie of Chula, and Brian Stover and his wife, Tawni of Muldrow, OK; a sister, Virginia Frey and her husband, John of Grandview; grandchildren, RyLee Stover, Ashley Wills, Skylar Stover, Maci Stover, Brooke Westcott, Courtney Westcott, Lillian Stover, Aaliyah Grace, Addison Karae and Azlyn Nichole; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Derald Whitney.
