The Grundy County Museum will be accepting artwork for its 2016 display, “Grundy County Arts and Artists,” later this month.
Local residents who have their own art work they wish to display as part of the exhibit can take their work to the museum on Friday, April 279 from 2 to 6 p.m.; on Saturday, April 30, from 9 a.m. to noon; or on Saturday, May 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments for submission can also be made with Lana Beverlin at 339-2283 or Barbara Spencer at 359-7597.
The exhibit will include art works by Grundy County residents, both current and former. Art work will include paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, etc., with the work to be on display throughout the museum season, May through October.
