The Ketcham Community Center on the North Central Missouri College will close the upstairs portion of the building at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 7 due to the Rissler Spring Concert being held in the gymnasium. The KCC will reopen the upstairs for normal business hours on Friday, April 8.
