Instrumental Music

Instrumental music students managed to send nine students involved in solos or ensembles on to state despite tough judging.
“Today was a bit of a downer for the Trenton band,” said THS band instructor Tim Gilham. “We had lots of solos that could have been a I with a different judge on a different day. Still, a lot of kids have worked hard on a lot of music. I am proud of them all.”

In addition, a saxophone sextet consisting of Jonathan Burnfin, Jacob Davis, Tomi Delp, Zackery Maberry, Wyatt Neal and Claire Utley also earned a I rating.
