The Pleasant View R-6 School and Community Club are planning a Family Night on Friday, April 1 at the school.
Many activities are planned, including a book fair from 3 to 7 p.m. in the school library and a pay-what-you-want meal at 6 p.m. consisting of pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, potato salad and chips. Proceeds from the meal will be used to fund school projects and educational field trips.
The meal will be followed by a schoolwide dance at 7 p.m., which is open to all Pleasant View R-6 students. Students must be chaperoned by a parent or guardian.
The Community Club will also hold a business meeting at 7 p.m. and will include discussion of funding for school projects and the 2016-17 goals
