Building, Nuisance Board Meeting Monday

The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board will met at 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
Items on the announced agenda include a declaration of nuisances at 402 W. 12th St., 802 E. 24th St., 1109 Merrill St., 1314 Norton St., 1323 Merrill St. and 208 E. 10th St. Public hearings will be held on properties at 507 Main St., 1904 Lulu St. and 2211 Oak St., and a finding of facts on a property at 111 W. 11th St. Certificates of dangerous building will be considered for properties at 309 W. 18th St., 1002 W. 14th St., 1314 Merrill St., and 1922 Oak St. Also to be discussed is the 2015-2016 demolition project and board members will hear updates on current structures and nuisances.
