The Grundy County Commission made two appointments to township offices during its meeting held today.
The commission appointed Mike George as a trustee for Lincoln Township, replacing Leonard Sibbit, who has resigned. Gary Tolle was appointed as a board member for Marion Township, replacing the late Bruce Dittberner. Both men will serve until the April 2017 election.
