Robert and Tabitha Axtell Welter of St. Joseph are the parents of a 9 pound baby girl, born on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in St. Joseph. The baby was 20 inches long and was named Lucy Caroline. She is the couple’s first child.
Maternal grandparents are Dennie and Christina Axtell of Trenton. Maternal great-grandparents are Ben and Kim Rexing of Jamesport and Charles and Doris Axtell of Trenton.
Paternal grandparents are David and Patricia Welter of Cedar Falls, IA. Paternal great-grandparents are Rita Welter and Donald and Lorraine Braun, all of Cedar Falls, and the late Bob Welter.
